We ship only to the contiguous United States (lower 48) and Canada. Our “Free Shipping” offer applies only to NBI manufactured products and additional products that are purchased in conjunction with NBI manufactured products on a single order shipping only within the contiguous United States (lower 48). Orders placed that do not qualify for our “Free Shipping” offer will be charge a calculated fee that is determined during checkout. Most domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of order placement. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The average time of delivery is 5-7 business days for domestic shipments and 7-10 business days for international shipments using FedEx Ground although processing and delivery times are not guaranteed. Please provide us with a physical shipping address only; we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are not business days and are not included in our estimated shipping times.
When you place an order at nbidrainboardsinks.com, you authorize* our Customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes.
Canadian shipments are charged a “flat rate shipping fee” of $79.00 USD on all sink orders. In addition, all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be calculated and applied during checkout. All duties and taxes collected by us are forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities. No additional duties or fees will be due upon delivery.
Please note: “Flat rate shipping fees” charged for Canadian deliveries are non-refundable in the event of return unless the product was damaged in shipment or is found to be defective.
We ship all packages with signature required to protect your purchase. If someone is not available to sign, the carrier will make two additional attempts to deliver. Each attempt, the carrier will leave a notice so you can make delivery and / or pickup arrangements with the carrier. If the shipment is returned to us after the final failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus any additional cost of returning the package back to us. For “Free Shipping”,”Shipping Included” and “Flat Rate Shipping” items being returned as undeliverable, actual shipping charges paid by us to attempt delivery of an item will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Please note: If you would like us to waive this signature requirement then you would need to request this in writing prior to the item being shipped. You can make this request by including your request on the bottom of the checkout page in the “Order Notes” field. Once your order has been shipped we no longer have a way of removing this requirement! If you request to have this signature requirement waived, you assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages left unattended.
Florida Sales Tax:
We are required by law to collect any applicable Florida sales tax on all orders shipping to a Florida address. For all other orders shipping within the USA, no sales tax will be collected.
Lost or Damaged Merchandise:
Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package immediately and report to us any discrepancies or damages to us within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. If damage has been found, please keep all merchandise and packaging in as-delivered condition. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost but we will make every effort to correct this situation. Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete. Although we are unable to expedite replacements, please be assured that we will work diligently with you and the carrier to resolve these matters in the most efficient way possible.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and expect that you will be. If for any reason you are not, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the original purchase price. Items must be repacked and returned in the original box and in like new, unused condition.
Special Notes About Returns:
Please email or call us to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number; returns may be denied without a valid RMA. Any manuals and accessories that came with the product must be included with the return. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please be certain that products are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while in transit back to our warehouse. For your security, we suggest that you ship with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 15% on any items returned that do not meet any of the above criteria.

By ordering goods from nbidrainboardsinks.com, you hereby authorize FedEx International, chosen by nbidrainboardsinks.com, to act as your agent and to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear your merchandise, account for duties and taxes, to return merchandise to nbidrainboardsinks.com, and prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise that you return. You understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that you will obtain the refund directly from nbidrainboardsinks.com. Further, you also authorize the Customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by the CBSA in your name, so that nbidrainboardsinks.com can be reimbursed.
